In July 2007, SCT launched the 2007 Customer Survey, addressed to more than 80 of their customers. Today, we are able to identify the major improvements to implement, thanks to a great answer rate of 41%.
Please, find here below a summary of the first analysis done:
Remarkable facts...
- A good overall score for SCT: 98% of the customers are satisfied with our overall service, and 93% are satisfied with our improvement efforts to meet their needs evolution.
- A good score for the contact with the different departments.
- A very well appreciated contact, assistance and technical expertise.
- A very good Quality level for our products: 92 % of customers satisfied.
- An emphasis on the Service, Quality and Assistance as the main points for a partnership.
Improvement areas...
- To improve our responsiveness to meet our customers requirements.
- To improve ongoing communication if delivery delay is possible.
- To improve the corrective action plans.

Driving continuous improvement, SCT launches its Customer Satisfaction Survey in July 2007.
The aim of this survey is a better understanding of your needs and comments, making support for developments with you easier.
