Ceramic metallizing

Development in house of specific metallizing MoMn paints adapted to each ceramic material for optimum bonding conditions: up to 120 MPa per ASTM F19-64 (2000).

SCT has developed several deposit processes in-house, from the paint brush by hand for prototypes to automatic screen deposition for series production.

100% inspection of metallizing and plating thickness with X-Ray fluorescence thickness tester.
